For just £50, you can upgrade your Wave or Forge membership to include Open Gym access. This gives you the freedom to train on your own schedule and make the most of our facilities outside of class time. Open Gym is available in the Forge space between scheduled classes — perfect for extra strength work, conditioning, or refining techniques at your own pace.
