Beginners Fundamentals

A 30 minute introduction to the essentials of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You’ll learn the core positions, movements, and techniques that build confidence and set the foundation for full training. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to sharpen the basics, this class is designed as a supplement to the main sessions, a focused and accessible way to ease into the sport. If it’s your first time, all you need is comfortable gym gear, no special kit required.

Gi All Levels

Train in the traditional gi and develop your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a balance of technique, drilling, and live sparring. This class is open to all levels, from beginners building their foundation to advanced students refining their game. Striking

Learn the art of striking with a focus on technique, movement, and skill development. PUBLIC and Members only open mats

Open Mat is your time to get extra rounds in, drill techniques, and train at your own pace in both gi and no-gi. Our Public Open Mat is open to everyone, welcoming visitors of all levels to come and roll. The Members Open Mat is reserved for our community, giving members exclusive mat time to sharpen their skills and train together in a supportive environment.

kids (5-9) BJJ Gi

A fun and engaging introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for young children. In the gi, kids will learn the foundations of movement, balance, and basic techniques through drills, games, and structured practice. The focus is on building confidence, coordination, and discipline in a safe and supportive environment, while encouraging teamwork and respect on and off the mats.

Juniors 10-14 BJJ Gi

Designed for older kids and young teens, this class builds on the foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with more advanced techniques, drills, and controlled sparring. Training in the gi, juniors develop strength, coordination, and problem-solving skills while building confidence on and off the mats. The focus is on discipline, respect, and teamwork, creating a supportive environment for growth and progression.
